A little about me...

• Jesus is my savior and my love- I'd like to say all of my identity is in Him but sometimes I struggle with having control
• I am originally from Chester, VA.  In 8th grade I moved to Spartanburg, SC
• Freshman year I attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama but I transferred to Clemson and I couldn't see myself anywhere else
• My family is so wonderful- my mom is nurturing and loving and spoils me like no other, my dad is compassionate and a great example of how a Godly man should be and how to lead a household, my brother is a junior in high school and is super active, I have a cute little beagle named Belle
• I love my family but it is pretty small and I would absolutely LOVE to eventually marry into a big family or have a big family
• I love being around noise and people
• I'm involved in Young Life- a leader at Pickens High School- I have some AWESOME high-school friends and I absolutely LOVE my team
• This year I became a tour guide and I absolutely love it! It's like inviting people into my home and telling them all about it- I get such a joy giving tours
• Also I am a member of ADPI- with a lot of great girls
• The Lord has given me a passion for people- I love to take care of people in any way I can, to love people in every way, and to just have great conversations---this is where I find my joy
• He has also given me a passion for cooking- I will make anything and everything!
• Sometimes I'm called mom
• Going on mission trips are some of my most memorable moments
• I think it'd be super legit to go to culinary school
• My roommates asked me what I wanted to do with my life and I said if I could feed people, have great conversations, and talk about the Lord the rest of my life I'd be a happy girl
• The Lord has blessed me this year with 6 amazing roommates
• I'd rather be at the beach than the mountains- I really don't like being cold
• I have my scuba diving license
• I did competitive swimming from 8yrs old to senior in high school
• I have 2 state rings in swimming
• I don't really have favorites because it's hard for me to decide
• I think I have OCD because in my mind everything has its place and I like things to be clean and orderly
• I've recently started to realize I don't really like change
• Running is a really great way for me to release stress and clear my head
• I like adventure, being outside, and traveling
• I absolutely love kids
• I'm definitely a dog person
• Reading is something I really enjoy, its such a great way to escape
• I love music just about everything except screamo
• And finally and probably most importantly I think laughing and being goofy is very necessary in everyday life
• Well that is a little bit about me or maybe a lot a bit and I suppose if you continue to read my blogs you will get to know me a little more! :)
